American Spa to Host Women in Wellness Webinar

On October 30, 2017, American Spa's editor-in-chief and publisher Julie Keller Callaghan is moderating a Women in Wellness webinar. The exciting, hour long event will start at 1 PM EST and will feature five women from the wellness industry, discussing everything from triumphs, to challenges, to strategies that have helped them succeed in the world of wellness.

Joining Keller Callaghan are five founders, CEOs, presidents, and executives from a number of beauty industry brands, including Ann Marie Brown, founder and CEO of Saltability; Barbara Close, founder and CEO of Naturopathica; Tara Donna Grodjesk, president of Tara Spa Therapy, Inc; Milana Knowles, executive director of retail stores and spa division of Clarins USA; and Sophy Merszei, founder and CEO of Novalash.

The webinar follows the recent announcement of the winners of American Spa's inaugural Women in Wellness Awards, of which Grodjesk was the winner in the Visionary category, and Brown was a finalist in the Innovator category. Following the Women in Wellness issue and webinar, American Spa is hosting it's first ever Women in Wellness Leadership Conference, taking place this March in New York City. For more information about the webinar panel, be sure to read American Spa's recent October issue, which also features spreads about each of the panelists and their brands.

From delving into why wellness careers are such an ideal fit for women to tactics for career growth and evolution to tips for networking and mentoring, this powerful conversation can serve as a tool for growth and inspiration.
