Ayana Hotel Group and Biznet Partner to Donate PPE to Bali Hospitals and Communities

Countless members of the international wellness industry have stepped up during the COVID-19 pandemic to support their communities, and Ayana Hotels, which has resorts in Bali, Jakarta, and Labuan Bajo, is no exception. The hotel group partnered with Biznet, an Indonesian telecommunications company, to donate protective medical equipment to various Bali hospitals and communities during the month of May.

Over four different visits, the two companies distributed a total of 1,850 hazmat suits, 40,500 surgical masks, 1,220 N95 masks, 500 cloth masks, 1,940 face shields, 90 goggles, and 38,000 hand gloves to Jimbaran Village, Badung Mangusada, Sanglah Hospital, and Udayana Hospital.

"As marked in our brand DNA, we are always supportive of the society and we would love to take this chance to thank all the frontline healthcare workers,” says Stefan Fuchs, general manager of Ayana Resort. “They are our national heroes."
