Blitz Facial Bar Debuts in U.S.

Canada’s renowned Blitz Facial Bar has opened its fourth location and first U.S. outpost in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. Founded by sisters Laura and Rena Polley in 2015 as an extension of Body Blitz Spa (multiple locations in Canada), this facial boutique offers high-quality and affordable facials and laser treatments. Services are performed by registered estheticians with Blitz Facial Bar’s exclusive Body Blitz skincare line, which contains pure essential oils and other ingredients derived from natural sources. “We’re thrilled to be opening our fourth Blitz Facial Bar and our first in the U.S.,” says Laura Polley. “Park Slope is an ideal neighborhood for us as we strive to offer locals a convenient option for their facials and other skincare needs.”

Blitz Facial Bar offers facial treatments in an open-air setting, which enables estheticians to provide efficient, quality services with no undressing required. The facial bar’s concept is designed for busy men and women who want to maintain healthy skin. Guests can choose from five facial options on the treatment menu ranging from 30 to 60 minutes including the Blitz + Glow ($60, 30 minutes), which is ideal for monthly maintenance and The Works ($130, 60 minutes), which provides a deep cleanse. The facial boutique also offers professional IPL Laser Facials (Starting at $120, 30 minutes), which go beneath the surface of the skin to address more serious concerns such as pigmentation reduction, skin tightening, rosacea, and broken capillaries. Add-on boosters are available to target specific concerns.
