Helping guests jumpstart a healthier lifestyle, Blue Waters Resort & Spa (Antigua) recently launched a new bespoke wellness and fitness program with UK-based Living Retreats.

The Living Retreats program gives guests the tools they need to retreat, rebalance, recharge, and achieve results. After a personal consultation and a series of comprehensive body evaluations, expert lifestyle coaches will create a customized program, including nutritional guidance, stress management, sleep wellness, and more. Participants awaken at dawn and take part in daily rotating meditation and strength-training sessions, such as yoga, Pilates, and functional training. They refuel and hydrate with a variety of nutritious offerings and can also take part in food and juice presentations throughout the program. A variety of specially designed spa treatments at Spa at Blue Waters is also available to soothe tired muscles. Guests who book a Living Retreats program in advance, for three or more days, also receive a complimentary 20-minute post-flight Elemis facial. Available through October, the all-encompassing program provides the ultimate lifestyle-changing experience.
