Briogeo Hair Care CollectionBriogeo Hair Care, a natural haircare line, was awarded the 2014 Graphic Design USA’s American Packaging Design Award for their product packaging. “Like you, we care,” says Nancy Twine, founder and CEO of Briogeo. “All of our bottles contain at least 25 percent post consumer recycled (PCR) plastic, but are designed with fresh, bright colors and aesthetically-pleasing graphics to reflect the energy and vitality of the modern-day woman.” Briogeo Hair Care, pronounced (bree-oh-jhee-oh), blends science and nature to formulate a high-performance, haircare collection that provides visible results. The eco-conscious company name was derived from the word brio, which means vivid, full of life, and distinct, and geo meaning of earth nature. All of Briogeo’s formulas contain at least 95 percent naturally derived ingredients, and are paraben-, sulfate-, phthalate-, and silicone-free. The line includes a Be Gentle, Be Kind Shampoo, a rich-lathering, antioxidant shampoo; Blossom & Bloom Volumizing Conditioner, a treatment that coats and separates each strand to increase the volume and fullness of the hair; CurlCharisma Conditioner, which defines, de-frizzes, and enhances curls; and Don’t Despair, Repair, a deep conditioning mask to repair and treat dry, damaged hair.
