Development and operations consultant Caren Logan recently launched her new company, True North Spa Representation and Consulting, which is an East coast-based spa representation and education firm. Representing a select group of beauty and wellness products, True North offers backbar, retail solutions, and consulting services to luxury spas and resorts. Leveraging Logan’s experience in spa development, management, and prestige retail, True North offers a wide range of services, including creative spa concepts, treatment protocols, and staff training. “I’m pleased to integrate my extensive experience in many facets of the spa industry to help spa and brands work together synergistically,” says Logan. “As a former licensed massage therapist and esthetician who has traveled the globe training for top skincare brands, I can help my clients avoid dangerous pitfalls while providing solutions that increase guest satisfaction and the bottom line.”
Logan brings an extensive background with experience in digital marketing and spa operations and education consulting on numerous resort and medical spa projects and creating award-winning spa treatments for Estee Lauder and La Mer, as well as launching www.virtualspa.com.
