Cidesco Introduces Associate Membership Options

The international beauty therapy association Cidesco has announced a new associate membership program. Originally, industry professionals could only join Cidesco if they belonged to a Cidesco salon, spa, or school. With the new membership category, brands and suppliers in the professional beauty, spa, wellness, and aesthetics industries as well as individual professionals within the industries have the ability to join.

As an associate member of Cidesco, applicants are required to complete a list of requirements in order to receive a number of benefits, including use of the Cidesco Associates logo, a profile on the Cidesco international website, and connection with Cidesco global membership – which spans more than 40 countries across five continents.“Cidesco’s aim is to improve standards across the industry and we believe by opening up our membership to those brands and individuals who share our aims, together we can achieve even more,” says president of Cidesco International Anna-Cari Gund. “We are pleased to welcome Professional Beauty as our first Associate Member and look forward to welcoming more brands and individuals shortly.” Professionals and brands interested in becoming Cidesco associate members should contact Sandy Aerne at [email protected].
