Cosmoprof North America (CPNA) has announced it will launch a new curated area at its show this year dedicated to green, eco-friendly, clean, organic, and natural products. Discover Green Leaf, as the area will be called, will be at the Cosmoprof North America show at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas from July 9 to 11.
In total, 10 pre-selected brands will be showcased in the Discover Green Leaf area, including Hawaiian Body Products, Plantlife Natural Body Care, Nairian USA, and Balanced Guru, among others. The Discover Green Leaf area will be located within the show’s Discover Green area. Discover Green will include more than 30 stands featuring international indie brands covering both the retail and spa distribution markets. Discover Green does not make a distinction in terms of a brand’s green appeal, but rather will embrace all degrees of green, natural, and wellness.
Each brand exhibited in the Discover Green Leaf area will receive a furnished 129 square-foot ready stand booth where they will host guaranteed meetings with buyers. The success of other CPNA special areas has attracted spa buyers from multiple locations and specialty retail buyers, including American Leisure, Destination Hotels, The Detox Market, Milk & Honey Spa, Pharmaca, Sego Lily Spa, Sprouts, and Universal Companies. Discover Green Leaf will provide scheduled one-on-one meetings between these buyers and featured brands during the show. “Discover Green Leaf is truly unique in that it offers exhibiting companies the ability to cross over into two different yet complimentary market segments –spa and specialty retail,” says Daniela Ciocan, marketing director, CPNA. “Other events tend to exclusively focus on one or the other, where as CPNA helps companies capitalize on multiple distribution models to grow their business. Both Discover Green and Discover Green Leaf will be strategically located to allow for optimal visibility and foot traffic. Each area will include fully designed and furnished exhibit spaces that will distinguish the areas from the rest of the show floor. To ensure only the most innovative products at the event, CPNA is curating Discover Green and Discover Green Leaf with Insider’s Guide to Spas’ founder and editorial director, Mary Bemis.
In further support of the market segment, the organizers of CPNA are also hosting a number of conference sessions to be hosted by Bemis at the show.
