Diana Stobo, a health coach and founder of The Retreat Costa Rica

An innovator in the global wellness industry, Diana Stobo is an expert and trusted voice on a host of subjects, including digestive health, food as a modality for change, hormone balance, sex, aging well, weight management, wellness travel, and more. She is a classically trained chef, nutrition expert, and an early pioneer in the raw food movement. Stobo has coached thousands of people back to good health throughout her years as a health coach and healer. She is known for her ability to create tools and practices that empower and facilitate transformation and to help foster freedom and empowerment in people’s lives. At American Spa’s Women in Wellness Leadership Conference at The Waterfront Beach Resort Hotel, A Hilton Hotel (Huntington Beach, CA), on October 28, Stobo will share how emotions are a guiding factor in success-driven women. In a talk titled, Harness the Power of Your Emotions for Success, she reveals how emotions can be used to propel you forward as opposed to limiting growth. 

The award-winning author of 15 books, Stobo has traveled the world extensively as both a sought-after speaker and a “wellness traveler,” learning about healing customs and practices from around the world. She is also a successful entrepreneur who has founded and built multiple businesses in the wellness space. Stobo founded and runs The Retreat Costa Rica, a healing hotel and wellness retreat that has won numerous awards. She is also the creator and lead formulator of Truth Bar, an innovative prebiotic and probiotic gut health bar available in boutique health food stores across the U.S. When she is home in La Jolla, CA, she enjoys concocting new and delicious flavor combinations. In addition, she has launched various products in the supplement and food space. Wellness real estate is her latest venture.
