Discover the Benefits of Hot Springs at the Hot Springs Conference this November

This November, the U.S. will hold its first-ever Hot Springs Conference. Hosted by Hot Springs Connection, the event will take place November 7-9 at the Morgridge Commons conference center in Glenwood Springs, CO.

Designed for hot springs owners, operators, general managers, facilities directors, and marketing professionals, the event hopes to draw attendees from across the country. The event will kick off on Wednesday, November 7 with an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort, the world’s largest mineral hot springs pool, followed by a welcome dinner.

On Thursday, November 8, attendees will enjoy a day of presentations and discussions on topics such as new hot springs technology, water treatment management, mineral water product development, hydrotherapy treatments, balneology methodology and culture, sanitation options, water stewardship and preservation, and best health, healing and wellness practices, among other industry trends. Jeff Birkby, president of Birkby Consulting, will keynote the event. Other speakers include Don Genders, CEO of Design for Leisure, Steve Beckley, co-owner of Iron Mountain Hot Springs; Janet Abbott, board president of the Balneology Association of North America; Vicky Nash, conference coordinator and CEO of Resort Trends, and more.

On Friday, November 9, guests will be provided breakfast before touring the nearby vapor caves at Yampah Spa and Vapor Caves (Glenwood Springs, CO) and the pools at Iron Mountain Hot Springs.

Early bird pricing is available until early October. Hot Springs representatives can register for conference activities and four meals starting at $389 before the price increases to $489 as of October 6. Suppliers, vendors, and consultants can take advantage of a $100 early bird price special, with registration beginning at $500 before increasing to $600 on October 6. Lodging is not included in the price of conference admission.
