Bringing a fun and playful energy to American Spa’s West Coast Women in Wellness Leadership Conference, Lisa Fasullo, founder and director of the Center for Transformative Movement (Boulder, CO), will energize attendees with a Meditation-in-Motion energy break. This experiential fusion of dance, meditation, and mindfulness is increasingly recognized as a new and effective wellness modality with benefits similar to mindfulness practices and yoga.

Fasullo will share this joyful style of freeform dance at American Spa’s Women in Wellness Leadership Conference, which takes place October 28 at The Waterfront Beach Resort Hotel, A Hilton Hotel (Huntington Beach, CA). Incorporating the use of headphones, this movement meditation helps participants connect deeply, playfully, and non-verbally with other Women in Wellness.
