ISBN to Host Customer Information Protection Webinar

The International SalonSpa Business Network (ISBN), an organization of chain and franchise group owners and managers, is helping spas and beauty companies to prepare and protect clients’ personal information. The company is hosting a webinar, How to Protect Your Clients’ Credit Cards, scheduled on Thursday, June 30 at 11:00 a.m. PDT. ISBN’s expert panel will discuss strategies to respond to data breach incidents and provide tips to navigating the field of data security. The webinar’s panel of experts will include Rhoda Olsen, CEO of Great Clips; Mari Fellrath, vice president of business intelligence of Great Clips; Sandra Anderson, chief legal officer of Great Clips; and Michael Reif, attorney at law at Robins Kaplan. “ISBN has developed a series of webinars to allow us to dig deeper into pertinent topics in order to provide greater value to our members, our partner sponsors, and the professional beauty industry,” says Olsen. “There’s something for everyone to learn, whether you own two to thousands of spas and salons.
