Ecovia Intelligence (formally known as Organic Monitor), a research, consulting, and training company that focuses on global ethical product industries, has recently announced that entries for the 2017 Sustainable Beauty Awards are now open. The Sustainable Beauty Awards aim to give recognition to operators who are pushing the boundaries of sustainability in the beauty industry. Entries are open to all organizations in the beauty industry, and nominators can choose from five different categories: Green Formulations Award, Sustainable Packaging, Sustainable Ingredient, Sustainability Pioneer, and Sustainability Leadership.
Nominators have until September 30, to submit their entries, and the finalists will be notified by October 16. Once the winners are selected, they will be announced at a dedicated awards ceremony at the Paris Marriott Champs- Elysées on the evening of November 6. The award ceremony will be cohosted by the European edition of Sustainable Cosmetics Summit, which has been covering sustainability issues in the cosmetic and personal care industry since 2009.
