2018 has been quite the year for Satin Smooth, one of the industry's top skincare and waxing brands. From the launch of the Gem Wax collection to the introduction of new sheet masks, there isn't much the Connecticut-based brand hasn't touched on. At the brand's last trade show of 2018 at IECSC Florida, American Spa's managing editor Natalie Maneval caught up with Satin Smooth's senior educator and technical trainer Jeane Richmond to celebrate the successes of 2018 and talk about what's in store for the upcoming year.
