Haynes comes to the South Florida-based brand with 20 years of experience within the beauty industry with previous experience serving as senior vice president of sales at Maesa Group, vice president of sales at e.l.f. Cosmetics, senior vice president of sales and general manager for the Americas at Markwins International, and president and CEO of Girl Cosmetics, an indie brand he founded in 1997 that was distributed in Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, and Sephora. As a seasoned beauty industry executive, Haynes holds expansive knowledge in both corporate and startup brands, which has been exemplified in his previous sales and marketing leadership positions. He also has a proven track record of delivering breakthrough results that have been driven by his passion for building brands, leading teams, and developing winning strategies. “Palladio is a dynamic brand that is perfectly positioned to expand its global footprint," says Haynes.
