As part of the ResortSuite Operations (OPS) framework, the app presents a personalized, cost-effective, guest-empowered experience. With the Spa Check-In app, staff can fill in health forms, view details about guests’ services, and switch to Guest Mode, where guests can complete intake forms, health questionnaires, sign waivers, and view their itinerary and service details.
