Shortcuts Software Releases MySalonApp

Shortcuts Software This month, Shortcuts Software, which provides technology solutions for the spa and salon industry, released MySalonApp, which allows spas and salons to quickly fill appointment gaps with last-minute specials. This new app makes it easy for clients to book and manage their appointments online in real-time. For walk-in based salons, MySalonApp allows clients to check themselves in to the wait-list before they arrive. “Apps are the perfect way for salons to, literally, put their businesses in the palms of their clients’ hands, and we wanted to make that technology accessible and affordable for all our clients,” says CEO Paul Tate. “As consumers are increasingly glued to their smartphones, these types of technologies can really help salons stand out from their competitors.”

Salons also have the ability to personalize the look and feel of the MySalonApp to fit their branding, creating a seamless online experience for users. The app’s pictorial dashboard is designed to be intuitive and simple, allowing clients to flick between segments, whether it is to quickly book an appointment or to check out the salon’s availability. Clients logging into the app will also be able to view their service histories and upcoming appointments, quickly link through to the Facebook page, and access useful information about the business, including staff profiles and opening hours.
