California-based laser, light therapy, and skincare company Skin Laundry (multiple locations) is welcoming a new CEO to its staff, Sue Thirlwall. Thirwall joins the company after previously acting as CEO and president of Miniluxe. In her new position, Thirlwall will lead domestic and international expansion strategies. She will also focus on improving process systems and overall customer experience within Skin Laundry as the company continues to expand its services and products into new markets. "Sue has a background, skillset and culture that will add tremendous value to the operations of Skin Laundry today and in the future,” says founder Yen Reis. “2017 brings us many exciting opportunities, and I’m confident that with Sue’s leadership, we will be able to optimally support Skin Laundry’s continued growth while remaining a global leader.”
Thirlwall spent the majority of her career leading and advising a variety of global brands and has been recognized for creating breakthrough strategies to help companies grow and transform. A dynamic brand builder and leader, Thirlwall brings more than 30 years of operations and retail experience to Skin Laundry. In addition to her experience at Miniluxe, Thirlwall held positions at Baskin-Robbins and was the national director of YUM! Brands. She’s also held senior level positions in the restaurant industry, driving restaurant readiness and operations at Pizza Hut. Prior to YUM! Brands, she worked at Deloitte and Touche.
