Earlier this month, Austrian software provider, TAC (The Assistant Company) acquired German-based HIS Solution, a software supplier for wellness and health industries. TAC is considered a leading software provider within the spa and wellness industry, and this acquisition strengthens its market position in Europe. Through the combined expertise and synergies, customers and business partners of both companies will benefit from the overall merger.
Since 2003, HIS Solution has been a software supplier in Germany in various spa related markets; such as medical, health, beauty, and wellness. The HIS location in Hanover will be considered as an addition to TAC’s standing locations in Hartberg, Vienna, and Chicago. "We are convinced that we have managed to add value for HIS customers and partners as they can implement our software, Reservation Assistant. By pooling our know-how synergies in development and support can be used,” says Thomas Roessler, managing director of TAC.
