Meet Stephanie Doud, a 15-year spa industry veteran who fell in love with the industry in college and never looked back.

What are the most challenging and rewarding parts of being in the spa industry?

I love working with those who will one day be our future spa directors.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

On a limited budget and with limited time, I helped in creating the Dolphin Yoga program at the Mirage.

If you could work in any other profession in the world, what would you be?

Teaching yoga to children.

How do you like to spend your time away from work?

I have two little ones (two years old and six months). I love helping them discover the world.

What’s the best advice you’ve received? 

Own and admit your mistakes, then learn from them.
