HydraFacial Launches Esthetician Certification Program

The HydraFacial Company has unveiled a new three-level industry certification program called the HydraFacial Connect Platform. The program employs a multidisciplinary approach to esthetic education, teaching students about skin health while helping the budding estheticians develop their influencing, selling, and marketing skills. The curriculum includes content from other brands as well, including Murad, Alastin, Sente, and HydroPeptide, and participants are able to move through the program at their own pace. The platform will serve as an incubator for a robust peer network with plenty of mentoring and training opportunities. "At the HydraFacial Company, we recognize the important role that the esthetician plays in driving the success of an esthetic business—and yet, across the country and around the globe, there is no unifying standard for education,” says Deborah Rodriguez, chief talent and training officer of the HydraFacial Company. This program is designed to empower aestheticians to grow their own businesses and make them even more valuable to employers.”

While HydraFacial Connect will begin virtually, it plans to expand to include in-person opportunities in the future. Registration for the fall session will begin mid-August. Click here for more details.
