Cutera has entered into agreements with Pura Vida and RTW, two of its largest stockholders. Kevin Cameron, Taylor Harris, Nick Lewin, and Keith Sullivan will join the Cutera Board after a special meeting on June 9. New Independent Directors and three incumbent directors, Janet D. Widmann, Sheila A. Hopkins, and Juliane T. Park , will be nominated the Board at the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and Cutera expects a new permanent CEO, will also join the Board.
