LeMonds Aveda Salon – Spa recently opened its doors at The Wigwam (Litchfield Park, AZ). Under the leadership of Salon and Spa director Jessica Kraust, the new wellness oasis offers a comprehensive menu of hair, nail, facial, and body treatments.
“Our newest partnership with The Wigwam was a perfect match from the beginning,” says Kraust. “The resort is a true desert oasis, and with its tranquil environment, we were immediately inspired to bring Aveda customizable full body experiences to relax, rejuvenate, and replenish.”
Among the spa's most notable features is a private, co-ed lap pool that's surrounded by a courtyard. The two-story, 26,000-square-foot retreat also features 15 treatment rooms and three couples’ suites; a sauna and steam room; a Jacuzzi jet tub with separate shower; a private patio and balcony with an outdoor shower; four hair stations, four manicure stations, and five pedicure stations; a dedicated relaxation room; separate women’s and men’s locker rooms; and a retail boutique featuring the latest in Aveda products.
When not relaxing during one of the spa's signature treatments—like the Perfecting Plant Peel Facial ($180, 50 minutes), a peel which utilizes plant cells to re-texturize the skin, smooth fine lines, and restore radiance—guests have the option to dine on healthy and nutritious lunches and assorted refreshments through out the day.
