Lake Tahoe’s Stillwater Spa Debuts New Treatment Menu

The Stillwater Spa, located at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino, has announced a new treatment menu. The enhanced list of curated services focuses on overall wellness, from updated massages and body treatments to restorative facials. The resort also provides a variety wellness-minded activities for resort guests through it’s on-site Adventure program. “We are thrilled to debut a menu of curated experiences and services designed to fit the intention and unique wellness journey of each of our guests,” says Julie Orblych, director of spa and wellness at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino. “As part of the new menu, we are thrilled to debut brand-new services that reflect our beautiful location. The new list of services is ideal for a relaxing, peaceful, and renewing visit to our tranquil alpine retreat.”

Stillwater Spa’s updated menu of massages includes an Ayurveda-inspired “Balancing” massage featuring an herbal-infused oil; the “Skin Immunity” massage using a gentle exfoliation cream and anti-inflammatory oils; the “Mother Nature” prenatal massage; and the “Unity” couples massage that is customized based on intention to enhance overall balance of the mind, body, and soul. It also debuts a menu of new facials including the “Glow” service supercharged with Vitamin C, the “Rejuvenate” facial infused with a professional-strength hyaluronic serum, and the “Ultimate” HydraFacial which includes a gentle peel, LED light therapy, lymphatic drainage, and a soothing algae mask.

The spa’s additional signature services include the “Harmony” treatment which includes a combination therapy of a Biomat and Bioacoustic mat designed to reduce stiffness and promote deep relaxation; the “Peace” massage designed to relieve stress; and the “Tahoe Adventure” which uses a mixture of deep tissue massage therapy, sports massage stretches, and a hot stone foot massage ideal for an active lifestyle.
