Lanserhof Sylt, a new health resort on the German island of Sylt, will open fully in August 2022, after soft launching in July. The resort was designed by Christoph Ingenhoven and the resort's program will be overseen by medical director and cardiologist Dr. Jan Stritzke, a specialist in cardiological rehabilitation for acute and chronic illnesses. Lanserhof Sylt was constructed using entirely sustainable, non-emitting materials. The resort has 55 rooms and suites and offers custom programming to target guests specific needs with a roster of medical professionals specializing in dermatology, gastroenterology, vascular medicine, neurology, orthopaedics, and more. There are two interconnected saltwater indoor and outdoor pools in the dunes overlooking the Wadden Sea, complete with a counter-current system.
