Lemon & Honey Day Spa Introduces New Sound Treatment

Lemon & Honey Day Spa (CA) has introduced a treatment of sound healing to its signature facial experiences with an Ohm Facial treatment. The eastern medicine practice of sound healing works to tune the body’s sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems to allow for a deeper state of calm throughout the mind and body with soothing vibrations. Lemon & Honey’s estheticians have been trained by an expert sound guru who has studied sound healing for the past 5 years under a gong master. The estheticians use tuning forks and Tibetan singing bowls with a facial treatment customized for guests’ skin type. Sound therapy also causes cells to release nitric oxide, enabling a higher level of mental clarity and rejuvenating benefits of increased blood flow. “Anxiety, tension, and stress have increased on a universal level over the past two years, inspiring us to seek new ways to help our customers achieve deeper states of relaxation through self-care,” says Rebekah Zepfel, owner of Lemon & Honey Day Spa. “Our new Ohm Facial is a perfect blend of sound therapy and skin treatment, leaving you not only appearing renewed and relaxed, but also feeling like a whole new person from head to toe.”
