Luzern recently launched a facial treatment suite at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Chicago by K’Alma, the first Luzern branded spa suite in the U.S. The treatment suite has been designed to provide a sensory journey supporting the five elements of feng shui: earth, air, fire, water, and sound. The Luzern Signature Force de Vie or “lifeforce” facial that is being offered at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago by K’Alma is customized to create a bespoke treatment rich in Swiss Alpine Organics and innovative age-defying correctives. Every aspect of the Luzern suite is customized to enhance these elements. Earth: The bed utilizes a quartz crystal mat, there are strategically placed crystals throughout the suite, and luxury coverings; Air: Oxygen Infusion facial, plus the hot cold steam with aromatherapy using Luzern’s signature scent; Fire: Candles and customized Luzern branded art pieces that represent the elemental fire symbol; Water: Glacial Water of Luzern in the treatment products, as well as blue elements throughout the suite and customized Luzern branded art pieces that represent rain; and Sound: blue tooth sound built into the bed to enhance the guest’s experience to heal, relax and renew.
