Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa Completes $150 Million Renovation

Reopening after a $150 million renovation and expansion, Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa (Austin, TX) also debuted Mokara Spa, a 13,000-square-foot spa sanctuary with 17 treatment rooms and three couples’ rooms. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding Hill Country waterways, creeks, and springs, the spa relies on natural materials and a refreshing color palette. A highlight of the new space is an exclusive adults-only rooftop pool and garden oasis overlooking Texas Hill Country.

Specially designed by the resort's executive chef, Mokara Spa offers healthy cuisine as a delicious option to include with spa treatments and packages. A spa reservationist is available to assist spa-goers with scheduling their lunch to accompany their treatments. Once ready, can enjoy their nutritious treats at the Spa Creek Café.

In addition to the spa, the resort boasts a 33,000-square-foot fitness center, featuring group exercises classes, personal training, free weights, assisted weight machines, punching bags, outdoor running access, and stretching areas. For those looking for additional fitness activities, try one of the resort's four distinct golf courses or the resort's new multi-tiered pool deck, which features an infinity pool overlooking the 18th green of the Fazio Foothills golf course.
