Radiance Holdings Acquires The Woodhouse Day Spa

With more than 500 locations in the U.S., Canada, and Brazil, Sola Salon Studios has become one of the world’s largest salon studios franchises. Recently, the leadership of the franchise established Sola Salon Studios’s parent company, Radiance Holdings. Christina Russell, CEO of Sola Salon Studios, will also assume the role of CEO at Radiance Holdings, which aims to acquire and represent brands in the beauty, wellness, and self-care industry. “Like the rest of the world, we have experienced extraordinary times over the past several months, but we are glad to be emerging strong and ready to greet the opportunities ahead,” says Russell. “With the support of our investors, and their resources behind us, we have been able to pursue several important strategic initiatives that are a major step forward and will help to bolster our company and create many new opportunities for our franchisees.”

Radiance Holdings’s latest addition is The Woodhouse Day Spa, which currently has more than 60 locations in 21 states. The high-end day spa features luxurious relaxation and retail spaces, in addition to signature treatments, such as its Minkyti Facial, Four-Handed Massage, Hand Retreat Manicure, and Seaweed Leaf Pedicure. Says Russell, “The formation of Radiance and the acquisition of The Woodhouse Day Spa represents an important milestone in the growth of our company. We’re thrilled to have Woodhouse and its franchisees join Sola in our collection of premier concepts.”
