Sirius Day Spa, an Arizona-based day spa franchise, is expanding its reach with three new locations in the Sarasota and Tampa Bay, FL, areas. The three new locations will bring Sirius Day Spa to a grand total of seven locations across the U.S., spanning Arizona, California, Florida, and Texas.

“We are thrilled to be opening our first three Sirius Day Spas in Florida,” says Karen Medford, co-owner and developer of the new Sarasota area spas. “The excitement and momentum from the community, developers, and local business partners have already set the foundation for success.”

Medford is opening the three locations with her husband, Richard. The pair anticipates opening the first Sirius Day Spa location before the end of 2018. “Sirius Day Spa hit all the metrics we were looking for—luxury, affordability, structure, and pedigree,” says Richard.

Sirius Day Spas are operated by The Leonesio Group, which uses the same franchise formula used by successful franchises like Massage Envy and The Joint Chiropractic, developed by John Leonesio to develop successful and rapidly expanding brands. The new locations will offer the same menu options as the preexisting Sirius locations, including facials, manicures and pedicures, blow dry bar services, massages, waxing, body wraps, teeth whitening, and more.

“The Medfords will be incredible operators,” says Shweta Kumar, Sirius Day Spa regional developer for Florida. “They have the business insight and marketing expertise to see that Sirius Day Spa will be the first truly national branded day spa, offering the services consumers want all in one place, based on a more advanced and consumer-friendly membership concept. It’s going to be an incredible success for them and other owners.”
