Pendry Hotels has announced its plans to develop Natirar, a 500-acre country-style retreat located in New Jersey that holds the 33,000-square-foot Natirar Mansion, into Pendry Natirar and Pendry Residences Natirar, one of the brand's most significant developments to date. Both the hotel and residences are slated to open in spring 2020.
Pendry Natirar will feature the full service Spa Pendry, complete with a fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, private membership club, and a variety of classic and unique outdoor activities within the property. Ideal for wellness-junkies, the property has a scenic trail and pathway prepared for hiking, biking, and horseback riding with 400-acres of protected land along the Raritan River.
Driven by the agricultural bounty of the sustainable Natirar farm, the Pendry Natirar food and beverage design will revolve around healthy and seasonal culinary offerings that will be served in a grand room overlooking the countryside.
Also on the property's countryside, Pendry Residences Natirar will bring a bespoke collection of private, whole-ownership Estate and Farm Villa Residences, designed to provide owners with their own customized experiences and the ability to immerse themselves in a community focused on sustainable living, wellness and connection to nature, and the personalized services and amenities of Pendry Natirar.
