Spa Viata Opens at Hotel Granduca Austin

Spa Viata has opened at the Hotel Granduca Austin (TX). The spa provides holistic, nature-infused treatments, aromatic steam rooms, and sea-inspired bathing along with offering products from a of organic and sustainable skincare. The spa’s design is inspired by Italian spa culture and offers eight treatment rooms includes a couples' suite along with a private spa suite complete with a hydrotherapy tub and experiential rain shower. The spa menu includes massages, facials, and more, with amenities such as a relaxation lounge, men’s and women’s locker rooms complete with steam room, and sauna. The spa also has an exclusive partnership with the Italian-based beauty skincare line, Furtuna.

Treatments include: 

  • The Viata | Body ($260, 80 minutes): The full-body treatment uses a combination of massage techniques along with lavender, rock rose, and helichrysum for relaxation. The experience includes aromatic hot towels, and a foot scrub infused with rose essence. 
  • Cuore e Mente Facial ($195, 50 minutes): This facial uses products from Futruna Skin, along with meditative sounds for a relaxing, healing, and regeneration experience.
  • Riviera Scrub ($235, 80 minutes): The scrub starts with a seawater crystal and algae- derived alpha hydroxy acid scrub followed by a combination of osteopathic massage techniques and pressure points to rebalance the body’s energy flow with mineral rich oils hydrate and regenerate the skin. 
  • Amalfi Blue Spa Journey ($440, 2 hours 40 minutes): The treatment starts with a personalized Mediterranean-inspired body scrub; customized with a boosting serum to target relaxation, invigoration, deep cleansing, contouring, or firming. Then Calm Waters Massage aims to evoke the feeling of an ocean wave to relief tension. The massage is followed by a re-mineralizing bath and completed with a culinary treat and prosecco en suite provided by Café Viata.
