The Spa at Woodstock Inn & Resort Reveals New Wellness Offerings

The Woodstock Inn & Resort (VT) recently debuted a Wellness Studio and two therapeutic sauna experiences at its LEED-certified spa. “Wellness means something different for every guest, which is why we've designed our services to be fully customizable to each person's needs,” says Khim Neang, director of spa at the Woodstock Inn & Resort. “People come to The Spa at the Woodstock Inn & Resort to slow down, reconnect, and take care of themselves. The new studio and specialized saunas allow us to add to their overall wellness experience here at the resort, whether they're working toward a specific health goal or just simply need to decompress.”

The new Wellness Studio serves as the dedicated home for yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement, along with body and skincare events, guest speakers, and seasonal pop-up classes. Along with the studio, the spa’s two new infrared sauna experiences, a HaloSauna and Halo2Red, are each designed to deepen the benefits of a treatment rather than stand alone. “Booked as an enhancement to a spa treatment, guests can add the Halo2Red Sauna experience after their facial treatment to extend the skincare benefits with red-light therapy and oxygen therapy for cellular rejuvenation and enhanced oxygenation,” says Neang. A HaloSauna session for infrared and salt therapy can be added for deeper muscle relaxation before or after a luxurious body treatment.
