We provide our Face Reality Acne Professional Program™ to train skincare professionals across the country in our Clear Skin Method ™ so that they can make clear skin possible for their communities.
Our Clear Skin Method™ focuses on 3 main pillars: customized homecare regimens, professional treatments, and client lifestyle management. You must consider each unique individual client that comes through your door, a one size fits all approach does not cut it for long-term acne management. In addition to our Certification Training, we provide all of the products, protocols, and digital tools to help our Acne Experts grow and thrive in their businesses.
Customized Homecare Regimens
Our full line up of products was developed for acne prone clients so our Acne Experts have the power to fully customize their client’s routines based on skin and Fitzpatrick type, acne type and severity, and any other skin conditions they may be experiencing. As estheticians, it’s extremely common to get new clients who are close to giving up on their journey to achieve clear skin. This is largely due to the band aid approaches they may have experienced in the past. While acne kits may be great for marketing, they are not realistic for client results. In esthetics school, we mainly learn about salicylic acid, retinol, and to refer our clients with moderate to severe cases to a dermatologist. With Face Reality, estheticians can successfully clear most acne clients whether their case is mild or severe.
Professional Treatments
Our backbar also offers the ability to customize client services. We have 4 levels of our Clear Skin Peel to ensure clients can be on a progressive journey to clear skin to maintain skin health throughout the process. These peels contain ingredients like trichloroacetic, l-mandelic, l-lactic, and kojic acids to help clear acne lesions and improve the overall appearance of the skin. For those that are not candidates for a TCA peel, we also have a papaya-based enzyme and our Bright Skin Peel 1 with a main ingredient of 20% l-lactic acid.
Client Lifestyle Management
Acne is so much more than a cosmetic issue and cannot be treated with topicals alone. Even though acne is a hereditary disorder of the follicle, what clients are doing in their everyday routines could be contributing to their breakouts. We train our Acne Experts on what to look for and coach on in diet, medications, lifestyle, and more.

New as of June 22nd, Face Reality has taken our Certification Program to the next level – literally. We now proudly offer 2 levels of Acne Expert Certification for our community of professionals. The Level 2 Certification is a complement to the first to ensure Acne Experts are as profitable as possible in their businesses when working with Face Reality. The goal of this advanced certification is to provide a deeper understanding of Face Reality’s products and protocols while also providing the tools needed to be an effective seller in the skincare industry. This will show your existing and potential clients that you are committed to continuing your education and honing your craft. We cover cosmetic ingredient knowledge, incorporating modalities, and more to ensure our Acne Experts feel ready to take on not only acne but other skin conditions using our line.
