The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is offering new “Fire & Ice” treatments this winter. The treatments are inspired by the contrast of hot and cold and are designed to rejuvenate mind and body.
Treatments include:
- Fire and Ice Stone Massage (starting at $275, 80 minutes): The massage uses warm basalt stones to reduce stress and relax muscles while cold marble stones increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and remove toxins. A mix of fir balsam, cypress, and cedar wood oil is used to aid the respiratory system and helps fight infection.
- Diamond Ice Facial (starting at $220, 50 minutes): This facial is designed to illuminate dull winter skin with a brightening treatment to restore radiance. The facial also address skin fatigued by environmental stressors and DNA damage to reveal a more even toned and a smoother textured visage, while softening the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
- Fire & Ice Pedicure (starting at $130, 80 minutes): This pedicure warms the senses and cool tension with hot and cold therapy. A menthol and eucalyptus cryo-gel is used along with a heated stone massage and together is aim to draws moisture into to the skin. The treatment includes a cup of peppermint herbal tea.
