Arizona Spas Celebrate National Wellness Month

Arizona resorts are offering wellness events this August for National Wellness Month. The Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale is inviting guests to Fizz & Flow on Aug. 7 and 28 at 10:30 a.m. to celebrate the wellness month. Guests will be guided through a one-hour mini meditation and aerial yoga class that will support them through deep stretches. After the class guests can enjoy a morning mimosa to enhance the relaxing vibes. The event costs $29 and includes the class, self-parking, mimosas, and mats are provided.The resort will also be offering guests Meditation & Mimosas on Aug. 15 at 10 a.m. to celebrate National Relaxation Day. Guests will experience a serene session in its Mountain View Room, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass looking out to the Camelback Mountain. Cary Ballou with Shanti Sound will guide guests through a mini meditation to set the tone for the day, followed by 30 minutes of sounding healing with Tibetan singing bowls to create vibrations that will relax both body and mind. After the 45-minute session, guests can enjoy a morning mimosa. The event costs $29 and includes class, self-parking, and mimosas. Mats will not be provided.
