Civana Wellness Resort & Spa Launches Habit of Happiness Program

Civana Wellness Resort & Spa (Carefree, AZ) recently launched a program called Habit of Happiness to encourage guests to focus on their brain health through engagement in consistent mind-body strategies. The program includes wellness experiences, such as a Human Design Workshop to help guests create more flow in their lives; iRest Meditation, a practice that helps guests learn how to meet each moment of life with peace; and Healing Through Waters, which explores the power of the breath and helps guests to embody their full potential through exposure to hot and cold waters. Experiences launching later this year include Play, an immersive workshop to help guests build their adult play muscle to improve health, happiness, and relationships; Mood Food, where guests will learn about the power of food and the effects of nutrients on brain function; and an Emotional Intelligence Workshop, which offers strategies to help regulate emotions. Guests can also opt for aromatherapy-based spa treatments at The Spa at Civana that use the power of scent to help them feel renewed and uplifted. A keepsake journal with self-reflection prompts is also provided for guests to utilize on-property and upon return home.
