Esencia Wellness Spa at Eden Roc Miami Beach (FL) and Nobu Hotel Miami Beach (FL) recently introduced an Essence of Omakase menu of personalized wellness journeys ($225 each) that include a spa amenity, a treatment, an enhancement, and a cup of tea. Ki (Energize) includes a dry sauna experience, a 50-minute Japanese Silk body exfoliation, a revitalizing scalp massage and hair treatment, and herbal tea; Kokyuu (Breathe) includes a dry sauna experience, a 50-minute Ignite Your Senses full-body Swedish massage, a CBD spot treatment, and black tea; and Kaifuku (Rejuvenate) includes a steam room experience, a 50-minute Vitamin Sea Radiance Facial, a collagen hand treatment, and turmeric ginger tea. Each journey was inspired by the hotel’s Japanese roots with a play on the traditional omakase experience, where diners let the chef guide them through a meal.
