Phyllis Braxton, CEO and founder of PINK Consulting, led a Thought Leader Weekend at the Miraval Arizona from October 28-31. The event was only available to overnight guests and they enjoyed lectures on empathetic leadership, understanding conflict, and living a full life. Braxton held a Q&A session that taught new content and skills to lead guests on a journey toward building a culture that is equitable and just for all.
