Halekulani Expands Wellness Offerings

Luxury hotel Halekulani is bringing a dose of wellness to Waikiki this fall through its new Art of Wellbeing workshops, which provide an integrated, refreshed approach to living a balanced lifestyle. The bi-monthly sessions focus on six key pillars – Nourish, Move, Explore, Renew, Rest, and Discover.

Offerings include:

  • August 27 - Deep Sleep Solutions: Review how quality sleep or lack thereof, impacts your health and wellbeing. Guests will walk away with practical tips for getting much-needed rest.
  • September 10 -  Your Guide to Gluten: Guests will understand gluten and how to navigate this ingredient. 
  • September 24 -  Acupuncture for Pain Relief: Guests will learn the root of pain, and how it can be managed by restoring energy by way of Eastern Medicine.
  • October 8 - Feng Shui Creating Harmony in Your Life: Guests will learn how to apply this ancient concept to improve home, office, and relationships.
  • October 22 -  How to be Well in a Stressful World: Guests will discover how to shift the mindset by applying techniques to emotionally and physically thrive.
  • November 12 - Prepare for Holiday Eating: Guests will review the tools and approach necessary to enjoy the holiday meals without the extra pounds or guilt.
  • November 26 - The Power of Gratitude: Guests will learn how to incorporate gratitude into their daily rituals and to embrace the benefits that follow.
