Mohonk Mountain House Launches the Winter Wellbeing Collection

Available now through March 19, Mohonk Mountain House's Winter Wellbeing Collection focuses on immunity and allows guests the warmth and coziness they crave, while also providing them with opportunities to enjoy the magic of the outdoors in the winter. The collection features a spa, fitness, and mindfulness component – in the recently refreshed spa, the focus is on rest and relaxation; through the fitness elements, the focus is on enjoying the outdoors and boosting immunity; through the mindfulness elements, the focus is on self-care through meditation and mind-body connections.

  • Winter Warmth Herbal Wrap – This head-to-toe treatment is designed to release impurities and soothe tense and aching muscles from the body using the warming properties of rosemary, eucalyptus, and black pepper. It is coupled with a relaxing scalp massage to ease sinus congestion and further enhanced with the invigorating benefits of a gemstone facial using a hydrogel facial mask with amethyst powder. It is everything your body needs to help accelerate the natural process to protect and heal itself. 
  • Winter Wellness Massage – Balance, restore, and revive with this immune-boosting, therapeutic Swedish warm basalt stone massage combined with a sinus-relieving eucalyptus inhalation therapy, and hydrating foot treatment. Warm and relax achy muscles with essential oils of rosemary, black pepper, eucalyptus, and birch.

  • Mindfulness and Positive Psychology: A Self Care Sampler – This private session with Nina Smiley, Ph.D., director of mindfulness programming, will teach guests how to develop a mind-body connection to strengthen their immune system and build internal resilience.
