Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club announced it is expanding its wellness offerings with the introduction of year-round wellness retreats, helmed by Liza Bertini, an expert in the wellness space who was recently appointed as Retreat Sales Manager for the resort.
A rotating schedule of pre-set retreats will be available for travelers to join over select dates, along with the option of completely customizable and private retreats for leisure and corporate groups up to 400 in size. The retreats vary in capacity and duration and can be tailored to various wellness interests, ranging from traditional yoga and meditation retreats to including cold plunges and exploring health issues, such as bone health, nutrition, grief, and sober-curious programming.

Retreat attendees will also have access to the resort’s unparalleled catalog of on-site amenities, including courts for tennis and pickleball, seasonal kayaking and paddleboarding at Blueberry Pond, an 18-hole Nicklaus Design golf course, six swimming pools (two indoors,) and bicycle rentals with direct access to the 25-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail and neighboring Nickerson State Park. Guests of The Mansion can also take advantage of the resort’s complimentary weekly wellness classes, which include a rotating schedule of mat Pilates, restorative yoga, hot vinyasa and more, as well as The Beach House Spa, which offers restorative facial and body treatments. Retreat programs will have the option to include a spa credit for attendees.
The expansion of Ocean Edge’s wellness program also entails a newly constructed 1,000-square-foot infrared retreat studio at The Mansion. This extends optional infrared heat for hot Pilates and hot yoga. “We’ve been testing wellness programming with our guests over the past year,“ says Suzanne Corcoran, owner of Ocean Edge. “The overwhelmingly positive response inspired a full expansion of our wellness offerings.”
