Paradisus by Meliá Debuts New Wellness Offerings

Paradisus by Meliá has launched Destination Inclusive, which includes new experiences that are designed to connect guests to the local cultures. At the Paradisus locations in Riviera Maya (Paradisus Cancun, Paradisus La Perla, and Paradisus Playa del Carmen), guests will visit a local Cenote guided by a Mexican shaman for a private meditation and yoga class designed to cleanse energies and connect guests to the natural environment. At Paradisus Los Cabos, guests will explore a nearby canyon and participate in a spiritual yoga practice and sound healing led by a local instructor. At Paradisus Palma Real in Punta Cana, guests will travel by private catamaran and visit a quiet, serene beach and take part in an oceanside class to connect with nature and the magic of the destination.

Paradisus has also debuted in Europe, with the Paradisus Gran Canaria, and will open its second European location with Paradisus Salinas. There will also be variety of wellness experiences throughout the year at Paradisus locations, in partnership with SUDA, called Paradisus Holistic Weeks. The holistic weeks have been designed to offer guests a personal journey through immersive yoga, primitive movement, and sensory meditation, with experts leading each session. This programming is included in the nightly rate of all Paradisus guests and each week will be unique to each Paradisus resort.
