There’s no denying that celebrities have a huge influence on many of the hottest fashion and beauty trends, and this includes eyebrows. Shobha Tummala, founder and CEO of Shobha (multiple locations), fills us in on how to achieve today’s most popular brow look as seen on celebs, such as Olivia Culpo, Cara Delevingne, and Kim Kardashian.
Here's how Tummala provides her clients with a coveted full brow:
Step 1: Grab a brow spoolie, and brush the brow hairs in an upward motion while still following the direction of the hair growth (for stubborn brows that won’t stay in an upward fashion, wet your brow spoolie with some water and gently brush a clear bar of natural soap).
Step 2: Tame the brow hairs in the upward direction you want. Be sure to let the brows dry before applying brow products.
Step 3: Use your brow product of choice, and start creating bold hair-like strokes to the top of the brow for a more natural effect. As you get to the front of the brow, use lighter pressure to create those hairs in the beginning.
Step 4: Finish the brows off by applying a small amount of concealer underneath the front of the brow for that effortless thick brow look. Small hairs on the brow bone will add a nice touch so don’t worry too much about concealing them.
