Dr. Dennis Gross's new Alpha Beta Body Peel Professional System is a two-step, superficial body peel designed to effectively resurface skin and stimulate collagen to address unique concerns on the body. The professional peel features five alpha and beta hydroxy acids, exfoliating enzymes, humectants, and brightening agents to help clear skin, firm and smooth texture, and fade pigmentation concerns.
Step one is the Alpha Beta Solution (pH 1.15-1.65), which contains lactic acid, glycolic acid, mandelic acid, salicylic acid, bromelain, papain, and willow bark extract to help detach dead skin cells, unclog pores and blackheads, and protect skin from environmental stressors. Step two is the Enriched Neutralizer (pH 8.15-8.65), which contains bakuchiol, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, saccharide isomerate, sodium PCA, and phospholipids to help stimulate collagen production to treat and prevent signs of aging without dryness or irritation, stimulate ceramides to strengthen the moisture barrier while combatting oxidative stress, and draw moisture into skin.
