Author, Podcast Host, and Likeable Media CEO Carrie Kerpen to Speak at Women in Wellness Leadership Conference

Want to learn how to make your weaknesses work for you, not against you? Want to tap into your network to help you avoid blind spots? Want to use your gut to make smarter decisions, faster? Then you won’t want to miss Carrie Kerpen, cofounder and CEO of Likeable Media, an award-winning digital agency, and author of Work It: Secrets for Success from the Boldest Women in Business (Penguin Random House, 2018), speak at American Spa’s Women in Wellness Leadership Conference on March 12.

In a session titled, “Work It: The Secret for Success for Women in Business Today,” Kerpen will explore what it means to be an entrepreneur in these challenging times and share insights from her own life as well as those of other inspiring women who have paved the way in business. Kerpen learned first-hand what it means to work it when she cofounded Likeable Media in 2007, a social media agency that was the first of its kind. Six years later when she became CEO, times had changed: the market was crowded, and the competition was fierce. Her only choice was to reinvent her company by working it.

Kerpen will explain what it means to work it, and how it can help you take your business to the next level. From refusing to compare yourself to others and instead focusing on your own unique super-powers to realizing there is no one right way to achieve success, working it is about understanding who you are, what you want, and what you bring to the table. Kerpen is also the host of the popular “All the Social Ladies” podcast and a columnist for INC and Forbes. She has been featured in the New York Times and on ABC’s “World News Tonight,” Fox News, and CNBC.
