Bio-Therapeutic Partners With Mary’s Place

Bio-Therapeutic announced a partnership with local shelter organization Mary’s Place, which provides safe, inclusive shelter and services that support women, children, and families on their journey out of homelessness. Bio-Therapeutic is donating personal protective equipment, skincare products, and other supplies to help Mary’s Place further its mission of helping families experiencing homeless seek shelter, support, and safety. “We’ve supported Mary’s Place for a number of years because of its emphasis on directly benefiting families in a wholistic way, but given the ongoing economic and housing crises as Seattle struggles with the fallout of COVID-19, we felt it was time to really increase our involvement,” says David Suzuki, owner and CEO of Bio-Therapeutic.

Mary’s Place operates five family centers in the Seattle area, along with a women’s day center and mobile outreach unit, offering shelter, housing services, employment services, and health assistance while allowing struggling families to stay together. Mary’s Place is one of the only centers that doesn’t separate families, allowing them to find strength in each other while getting the support that they need. With the closer partnership with Bio-Therapeutic, Mary’s Place will now have access to industry leading personal protective gear, as well as a number of skincare essentials to help guests rebuild their self-esteem through self-care.
