Davines Group recently welcomed Anthony Molet as its new global CEO. He succeeds Paolo Braguzzi, who led the company through its growth and transformation over the past 17 years and will continue to maintain his position as a Board member. French by birth and education, Molet’s career developed mostly in the U.S., where he was previously Davines North America CEO for 13 years. “It is with honor and pride that I pick up the baton passed by Paolo Braguzzi," says Molet. The company will also welcome Arnaud Goullin in the role of Global General Manager Skin Care Division on June 1. Goullin brings to the group his extensive global experience in key roles at LVMH, Shiseido, and Estée Lauder groups in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, specifically focusing on brand development in these markets. "I am passionate with brands and with the possibility of creating a true value-driven community, which goes even beyond the products," says Goullin. In addition, Davines Group is reporting great financial results for 2020 and excellent results in terms of strategic positioning on the key markets. Today, the company makes more than 78 percent of its revenue outside of Italy, with North America representing the first market with 35 percent of the total turnover.
