Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spas Partner with Zenoti Software

As spas across the globe continue to realize the importance of supportive spa softwares and networks, Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spas (multiple locations) has announced its partnership with Zenoti Software. Zenoti, a cloud-based platform popular within the spa, salon, and medical spa industries, will provide the Hand and Stone spa franchise with competitive tools to meet the ever-changing needs of its clients and employees through digital marketing, analytics, and a point of sale system (POS).

Zenoti’s software will be implemented at over 400 Hand and Spa locations within the U.S. and will create streamlined processes for both staff and clients through Zenoti Go, a smartphone application for both staff and clients. Through Zenoti Go, Hand and Stone can expedite the check-in and check-out process; accept payments; view and manage guest information; add services, retail, or memberships to an invoice; rebook appointments; track payroll with commission and tips; view schedules; and more.
