Focusing on the impact of hormonal changes, stress, and more, she will help you learn to identify warning signs for compromised health and give you the tools to communicate the importance of maintaining healthy habits.

Betty Ng, founder and CEO of Inspiring Diversity, a collaborative community of members from all backgrounds who inspire, empower, and elevate each other to achieve goals, will also provide attendees with tangible take-aways on fostering a more productive work environment.
